Are linens provided?
Yes. We provide table cloth linens and the hi-top cocktail table linens. If you wish to bring your own table runners, please let us know during the initial meeting so it can be planned for set-up.
Are tables and chairs provided for the reception?
Yes. Seating for the first 50 guests are included in each package's base price. Additional seating up to 150 guests incurs a modest, additional rental fee.
Are we allowed to have bartenders in for cocktail and reception?
Yes. The vendor must provide liability insurance paperwork to Rock Stream Retreat 30 days prior to the wedding date. All state laws must be abided by regarding serving of age guests.
Do you provide the tableware?
Yes. We provided disposable elegant wedding tableware (plates, silverware, napkins, coffee mugs, cups (and champagne flutes for the Keuka and Seneca packages).
Is there catering available as part of the package?
No. You will be responsible to provide catering. Be sure to provide Rock Stream Retreat with any necessary insurance liability paperwork 30 days in advance of the wedding date.
Is there electricity available for caterers?
At this time we utilize generators for the reception tent.
Please describe the reception area.
The current reception area is a 40’ x 30’ white party tent with sidewalls.
Are pets allowed?
No. As much as we love our own pets, pets need to stay home.
Are we permitted around the grounds?
Yes. You will find several beautiful photo opportunities for yourselves and guests around the 80 acres of land.
Is there a contract between Rock Stream Retreat and the couple?
Yes. One will be provided by Rock Stream Retreat upon confirmation of booking and initial deposit. It must be signed and returned within 3 days of booking and deposit.
What if it rains during the ceremony?
Currently, all attempts will be made to move the ceremony to the reception tent. Our request is patience when turning the ceremony into the reception.

How far is it from the parking area to the event area?
General (free) parking is located nearby the event area and an easy walk. We also have ADA and motorcycle parking areas which are located nearby the Festival Show Grounds. The VIP Parking lot is alongside of the Festival Show Grounds.
How much does it cost for parking?
General parking is FREE. A limited number of VIP Parking spaces, directly alongside of the Festival Show Grounds, will be available for $20+fees.
Is there a designated motorcycle parking area?
Yep! A parking volunteer will direct you to your area.
Is there accessible parking?
Yes, accessible parking is available. We ask that you have your permit displayed and please follow the parking volunteers directions.
Is there VIP parking?
Yes, VIP Parking is located directly next to the Festival Show Grounds. VIP Parking passes will be available for purchase online ahead of time for $20+fees.
What time does the parking area open?
Parking lots open at 2PM each day.
Where exactly are you located?
For GPS, Google Maps, etc. use: 2990 Nye Rd, Rock Stream, NY 14878. Nye Rd runs alongside of Watkins Glen Mini Storage and is across from Barnstormer Winery on NY Route 14 (which we highly recommend you visit to pre-game for any of our events).
Where is the parking entrance?
Please use the main entrance to Rock Stream Retreat which is located on Nye Road just off of NY-14. It will be on your left as you go up the hill coming from NY-14.
Can we bring in outside food and coolers into the concert?
In anticipation of our liquor license being in place and enough food trucks being on hand, no outside food or beverages will be allowed inside the Festival Show Grounds (that's where the bands perform). The camping areas are another matter and yes BYOB along with food is fine. Food vendors will be on-hand Saturday morning to cover breakfast and lunch for folks who want to pack light.
Do you accept credit cards?
Most likely yes but we'll know closer to the event which vendors will be on hand and what their payment policies are. Please check back in July for the final answer. Thanks!

Are the events rain or shine?
Yes, we are an outdoor venue and our concerts are RAIN OR SHINE. Please plan around the weather. That being said, the safety of the artist(s), fans and staff come first. If severe weather threatens the area, we will evacuate the premises until it is safe for the show to resume. In case of inclement weather: we will make on-site announcements and post on our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). During an evacuation, all concert goers will be instructed to evacuate to their vehicles. For those who do not have a vehicle onsite, we will provide further instructions.
Can we bring lawn chairs and/or blankets?
Yes! Please do!
Can we hike around the grounds?
Our 80 acres of meadows, ponds, and forest are sometimes in use by multiple events. If attending a concert, PLEASE stay within the parking & concert event areas.
Is tailgating allowed?
No, tailgating is not allowed in the parking lots. That's what the camp sites are for.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, you must be 18+ OR accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend our events. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
